About FCCP Non-Profit Housing Corporation

Established in 1990, the FCCP Non-Profit Housing Corporation was founded by a group of professionals who were members of the Federation of Canadian Chinese Professional in Ontario.
The FCCP Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a not-for-profit organization created to provide affordable housing for under-privileged families and seniors with a focus to serve the needs in the Chinese community of Greater Toronto area.

We have a housing complex named Coral Place, which comprises 103 units, located at 55 Glenn Hawthorne Boulevard in the heart of the City of Mississauga.
Other than providing affordable market rental housing, we currently operate in partnership with the Region of Peel to offer rent geared to income accommodations to individuals and families as well.

Our current resident community is a healthy combination of long-term elderly residents and families with children.  This is a vibrant community that hosts various activities, outings, holiday celebrations for the residents designed to foster a strong and healthy community spirit.  We feature a community garden that showcase our residents’ active participation in our sustainable community.

In addition to housing accommodations, we partner with Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, to provide support services to our elderly residents on an as-needed basis.  This may include assistive grooming (bathing, dressing, toileting), medication monitoring, eating/meal prepping, access to daily living activities ()shopping & appointments), light housekeeping, laundry.
